Story
A major fire broke out at a downtown bank, with thick smoke blocking all exits. Samuel charged into the inferno with his high-pressure water cannon, first blasting through a warped fire door with a powerful jet of water, then switching to mist mode to dilute the dense smoke and create an escape route for trapped employees. He successfully rescued 12 people, but discovered that pipes for the building's fire protection system had been intentionally cut.
Over the course of a week, a series of three fires erupted across the city, each scene revealing a deliberately sabotaged fire protection system. By piecing together surveillance footage and on-scene clues, Samuel deduced that the perpetrator was specifically targeting buildings that housed evidence of gang activities, aiming to destroy incriminating records. At a raging warehouse blaze, he finally cornered the arsonist, confronting them just as they were completing their crime.
The arsonist set fire to a warehouse containing the gang's ledger books, but Samuel arrived just in time. As the perpetrator attempted to detonate a gas canister to destroy everything—and everyone—in a final act of desperation, Samuel aimed his high-pressure water cannon and extinguished the fuse with a powerful jet of water. With a second controlled blast, he knocked the arsonist off their feet. Thanks to his actions, the critical evidence was preserved, leading to the complete dismantling of the criminal gang. From that day on, "Hotshot" became more than a callsign—it became a symbol of justice and protection.
