He only shouts because years around explosives and ammo have wrecked his hearing.

Story
Alvin runs the Armory, overseeing development, inventory, and tactical support for the department. Despite his rough-and-tough appearance, he works with meticulous care, knowing even a small mistake with gear or ammo can be catastrophic.
Alvin may not be a natural-born fighter, but he never backs down from a fight. Beyond his mastery of specialized police ammo, his arm strength is exceptional. He can hurl tactical explosives deep into criminal hideouts. That prowess earned him the nickname "Ammo Alvin."
Two things set Alvin off: carelessness on the job and anyone hurting his people. A gang of street thugs once raided the district he was patrolling. You bet your bottom dollar it didn't take long before they were fleeing with their tails between their legs. No one messes with Alvin's peeps. Nobody.
